Due to the Canada Post strike, we are temporarily accepting claim submissions via email at claim@otcww.com. To ensure proper processing, please include “Claim Submission + [Your Policy Number]” in the email subject line.

Required Claim Documents:

  • A clear copy of the completed and signed claim form
  • A clear copy of receipts
  • A clear copy of medical reports

Please note that incomplete claim forms or missing supporting documents will delay processing. You are responsible for any fees associated with completing the claim form and providing supporting documentation.

We reserve the right to request original documents once Canada Post services resume.
