We are excited to announce our customer portal – eclaim.jfgroup.ca. You can submit your claim through the portal if the total expenses are less than $1000. (For claims over $1000, please send claim form and supporting claim documents by mail). You can log in to this portal from any device and any internet browser.

Please attach pdf files or readable photos of all itemized invoices and payment receipts from the medical service provider, pharmacy, or hospital along with any detailed medical reports. We reserve the right to request submission of the original documentation.
